It was a 3-star hotel in every way. Very clean room, great location and staff were friendly! It was adjacent to Lily Pond.
The street was noisy and you'll have to deal with it.
-
Rooms were very comfortable and clean compared to the hotel that used to be there
Leaving a trainee on the front desk alone she wasn't very knowledgeable until it made check in line long and slow
-
Did not like having to pay $17.00 extra to park. Hairdryer didn't work, was told they couldn't get a working one for me. Fan in bathroom didn't work - was told at the desk that it was working, that I just couldn't hear it. Bathroom mirrors don't fog up if the fan is working. Long line at check-in, only one person working the front desk while others were visible, carrying on conversations.
-
the beds were comfortable. staff was nice. great location! really good for the price and area.
the first room was not made up but they were very accomodating.
-
Upgraded our room because they didn't have one ready for us yet. Walking distance to xl center
Paying for parking. Got there at 4 and no rooms were cleaned.... Couldn't get into a room until 5.

I liked the location
My room was not finished . Had one towel in the bathroom,Another housekeeper (Janet)had to get me towels .The air conditioner sucked. It was not blowing out cold air .It was a nightmare Bathroom small . Won't stay their again.
-
The room was beautiful, very roomy and offered a nice view of the highway. Nicely conditioned. Love the woodflooring.
-
Nice location and room large and clean
Bathroom very very small, will not stay again

Pillows
The place was a dump except for the pillows but then again not like you get more then 1 ... The concrete sidewalk would have been more comfortable then the bed ...also $18 to park a night because they don't have parking it's located next to a train station in the middle of the city next to multiple bars that anyone can walk into that lot including locals who want to park my car got hit and "they didn't see anything on the cameras" staff was halfway decent depending on the time you get there continental breakfast.... Hahaha what a joke the only thing nice was that the elevator didn't take 5 years to go up or down .... Next time I'll just sleep in my car .... Plus I've stayed in other red roof inns that are much better

Downtown location
Poor room coverage. Broken coffee pot -- I had to ask twice to fix...no replacement towel on last day...no coffee replenished on one day... Hair dryer had a bad connection so I had to hold the plug in while drying.
-
The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on. More for a continental breakfast would be nice. The location was just right and the price was good too :0)
I wanted to change my room to a front room & the person behind the desk was willing, but then was told by the manager they were totally booked - I went to Booked.net after he said that & could have booked another room. Hmmmmm :0(.
-
Good location, room was very clean, bed was comfortable.
It was definitely no frills. The bathroom was so tight you had to sit sideways on the toilet, no breakfast of any kind and nowhere close (walking distance) to get breakfast, no minifridge

Very Comfortable And Convent To Me My Wife For The Two Nights We Stayed! Staff Was Excellent And The Bed Was Very Comfortable.
-
nothing
We had a reservation made in February 2014 for a three day stay in October 2014. The hotel had been closed sometime following, what we believe was, malicious damage in the summer and no one told us that our booking was cancelled. Imagine our surprise and delight when we turned up to find that we had no accommodation.

The front desk people were very friendly & helpful
The walls were paper thin, we could hear people's showers, noises in the hall.
